This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Waqti Brand (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Fancy Luxury Leather Products, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

1) Key Definitions

In-Stock UAE Items: Items available locally in the UAE and shipped from within the UAE.

Custom / Build-to-Order / Factory-Sourced Items: Items that require sourcing/production/shipping from a supplier or factory (typically with a 2–3 week lead time).
2) Refund Eligibility Summary
A) In-Stock UAE Items (Change-of-Mind Returns)
Refunds/returns may be accepted for in-stock UAE items if all conditions below are met:

Return request is made within 1 day of delivery; and
-
Item is unused, unaltered, and in original condition; and
-
Item is returned with original packaging and all included components.
If the above conditions are not met, the return/refund may be refused.
B) Custom / Build-to-Order / Factory-Sourced Items
Custom/build-to-order/factory-sourced items are not eligible for standard refunds.
If a refund is exceptionally agreed, it will be based on a written agreement with the customer and may range between 10%–50% depending on the stage of processing and supplier/courier costs already incurred.
C) Wrong Item or Shipping Damage
If you received the wrong item or an item that is damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide evidence (photos/videos of the item and packaging).
If approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

replacement, or
-
refund (where applicable).
3) Non-Refundable Situations (Examples)
Refunds may be refused in cases including (but not limited to):

Request made after the allowed time window (1 day for in-stock change-of-mind; 48 hours for wrong item/shipping damage).

Item shows signs of use, wear, alteration, tampering, or missing original packaging/components.

Custom/build-to-order items where no written refund agreement exists.
4) Refused Delivery / Failed Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect address/does not respond to courier communication, the customer is responsible for:

the original delivery fee, and
-
any return-to-sender / failed-delivery courier charges.
If a refund is processed after a refused delivery, these shipping and courier charges will be deducted from the refundable amount (if any).
5) Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer bears all shipping costs for returns, unless the return is approved due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), in which case we may arrange return shipping at our discretion.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

7) Refund Method & Processing Time
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or as store credit if you agree.

Processing time: we aim to process approved refunds after receiving and inspecting the returned item (where applicable).
Important: Banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account, which is outside our control.
8) Store Credit
If store credit is issued:

It can be used for future purchases on the Website.

It is not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

Validity: 12 months from the issue date.
