This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on Waqti Brand (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by Fancy Luxury Leather Products, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

1) Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • GCC countries (availability and delivery time depend on destination and courier coverage)

2) Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are prepared for dispatch after:

  • payment is confirmed (or the order is otherwise confirmed), and

  • the item is available and ready for shipment.

For certain items, additional processing time may be required (for example, custom/build-to-order items).

3) Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier schedules, holidays, weather, customs procedures (for cross-border shipments), and other factors outside our control.

UAE

  • In-stock UAE items: typically 1–2 business days

  • Custom / build-to-order / factory-sourced items: typically 2–3 weeks

GCC (Outside UAE)

  • Delivery time depends on the destination country and courier handling. We will provide the best estimate available at the time of confirmation.

4) Shipping Fees

  • Customers bear all shipping costs unless we agree otherwise in writing.

  • Shipping fees (and any applicable customs or import charges for GCC shipments) are the customer’s responsibility.

5) Delivery Attempts & Incorrect Details

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details (name, address, phone/WhatsApp).

If delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect address details,

  • customer not responding to courier calls/messages, or

  • customer refusing delivery,

then the customer will be responsible for any additional courier charges, including failed-delivery and return-to-sender fees (if applicable).

6) Tracking & Updates

Where tracking is provided by the courier, we will share tracking details when available. Delivery timing is managed by the courier and may be updated directly by them.

7) Special Notes

  • We do not offer scheduled delivery or same-day delivery. Delivery timing depends on courier scheduling and route availability.

  • We may ship orders in multiple packages when necessary.
